Shipping and Return Policy


At this time we only ship within the United States. We strive to get your products to you in the fastest possible time. We currently have a 2-3 week ship time on all products but it is very possible it will ship sooner. You will receive tracking as soon as the order ships. Larger items will have to go by truck so we will contact you with information when it is ready to ship. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. If the item is damaged, please send pictures of the damaged item along with photos of the box it was shipped in. At that point, we will issue a return authorization to resolve the issue. Please do not discard packaging until the return has been authorized. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not offer refunds on any personalized product. If the personalized item is damaged please follow the steps under "Damages and Issues". Please contact us at if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
